City of Stirling choose TSA Corporation to create and implement Strategic Plan plus
After successfully managing the complete lifecycle including tender process for replacement of old legacy systems which included TSA Corp’s methodology being subject to a successful probity and process audit and endorsed by Ernst & Young, TSA Corporation was selected in a tender process against leading strategic consulting firms to deliver the City’s Strategic Plan.
This lead to creating a complete implementation plan and managing the technology refresh to move them into new $33 million council chambers.
