Chevron Australia extend partnering model with TSA Corp
After successfully facilitating Strategic Planning workshop to help refocus the ICT Leadership team, TSA Corp was selected to provide a fully managed service for their Service Desk currently supporting some 1400 users and during the course of the year have introduced a proven team service approach that is recognised as a high achiever within Chevron service focus.
TSA Corp was also awarded the full Database Management Services contract replacing incumbent providers ASG. A range of strategic consulting assignments were performed by TSA Corp senior strategic consultants including an ITIL Maturity Assessment and developing the Capacity Management Plan and Change Management. Other services have included Application Support Services and Project Management Services.
