Craig has 15+ years ICT experience, a Diploma in Computer Systems Engineering (dux of his year), he is also ITIL trained.
He has a strong service delivery background. Starting in infrastructure environments - Service Desk to System/Network Management incorporating Security & identity management.
Craig has worked on numerous projects and service environments, including managing the Procurement Process. Interesting projects include managing the ICT Infrastructure at the Juvenile education remand centres at Banksia & Rangeview and technical lead assisting PM for a large SAN deployment at BHP.
Before joining TSA he worked for years at CSC which helped him personally start the services culture journey. He performed several years of contract work, including more than a year at the Wilson Parking Group as a document writer assisting their journey towards ITIL.
Craig has primary responsibility for HR Resource Management, a key stakeholder in the QA journey towards ISO 20000 accreditation which incorporates continuous improvement in our training and mentoring programs.
